WEST Perth Football Club's league team will play in a special one-off World Jumper in Round 13 to embrace its international community and build on the successes of this event now run annually since 2011.

West Perth CEO Linda Hamersley said that after the success of its International Round over recent years, with more than 5000 people attending the event, the club had recognized the need to further explore the initiative. The Falcons District do an exceptional job working through our local community- we are looking at a crowd of more than 5000 people this year.

The game against Subiaco on Saturday June 30 is tipped to attract another strong crowd made up of footy die-hards and new Australians. We are  excited to announce that through a partnership with the Edmund Rice Centre a multicultural football team - The Edmund Rice Girls Academy will play a team from the Ocean Ridge Junior Football Club before the match. The Edmund Rice Centre WA has a proud history and an on-going commitment to assisting people from refugee and migrant backgrounds, and the West Perth District are proud partner with them.
