Darren Harris 15s Academy

West Perth Football Club is proud to announce the launch of the Darren Harris 15s Academy, formerly the 15s Development Squad, marking a significant expansion in the club’s talent pathway programs. Named after Darren Harris, a true club legend who has served as a premiership player, captain, and coach, this academy will connect young athletes with the rich history and values of West Perth Football Club. No one embodies the Red & Blue more than Darren Harris, and his legacy will serve as an inspiration for these emerging talents.

Running from April to November, the Darren Harris 15s Academy will provide an elite environment focused on both football and personal development. The program emphasizes game development, growth in fundamentals, and education on ball movement and style of play. Additionally, it will foster connection through mindset training, gym work, and personal development initiatives, helping to build resilience and strength in these young athletes as they prepare for their Futures (U16) campaigns.

This academy represents a huge step forward in West Perth’s commitment to producing top-tier talent, ensuring that the next generation is well-equipped for the challenges ahead on their developmental journey.
