WAFL R4 Match Report

Author: West Perth FC
The air was thick with anticipation on the eve of ANZAC Day as the West Perth Football Club clashed with the South Fremantle Football Club. A traditional and highly anticipated fixture, this year’s match promised a hard-fought contest. However, a poor first term which we couldn’t overcome resulted in the Bulldogs securing a commanding 14.7 (91) to 9.10 (64) win.
While the loss will undoubtedly sting, the team will regroup and focus on improving their consistency as we look ahead to Claremont this Friday night.
Our Reserves team showed some promising signs however also went down to the Bulldogs by 30 points, our Colts team knocked off the undefeated Bulldogs in a high-quality display of Colts football from both teams. Onwards & upwards.
