Team Registrations: as a special offer for Junior Football Teams we are offering a special for Team registrations. Not only will team entries receive $10.00 off per participant you will also be guaranteed to be grouped with your team mates.

Conditions:

1) You must register 5 or more players from the same team

2) Registrations must be supplied on the downloadable team nomination form - not the online registration gateway. 

3) Applications must be received before 12noon Wednesday 5 July (note - registrations will close early if program is full).

Team Nominations Frequently asked questions:

1) What if have more than 5 or 10 kids?

A: Complete two-three team sheets applications and staple together.

2) How does payment work?

A: A parent in the team or the team manager will need to collect payment on behalf of the team and submit the application and payment as one.

3) Some of our team are already entered- can we still participate in the team discount offer?

A: Yes- call Kathy Monck on 9300-3611 for more information

As a guide please follow the following: We cannot offer fee reduction or discount to those already entered. We can however allow those already entered to be used as a 'counter' to make up numbers for the 5 participant requirement to allow discount for additional members of the same team to register for the clinic. Please list the new entrants at the top of the application form and the existing registrations below with a note they have already registered. Please factor this into Money Collection and payment. We can also provide the guarantee that undergoing this process will ensure they are grouped together on the day.
