FALCONS CELEBRATE 1941 PREMIERSHIP ON SUPERHERO SATURDAY
WEST Perth will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the 1941 premiership this Saturday at HBF Arena against East Fremantle with match day partner The Sunday Times also to make it a day to remember on Superhero Saturday.
West Perth will revert back to being the Cardinals for the day wearing jumpers commemorating the 1941 team for our very own version of Heritage Round as we take on Old Easts.
The West Perth Football Club is taking the opportunity to wear the specially designed jumpers in recognition of that triumphant 1941 team and it should be a day to remember at HBF Arena against East Fremantle.
The jumpers worn by the players will go into an online auction for our Gala Dinner Auction on Saturday July 23. Replicas will be available to purchase as well for $100.
With The Sunday Times on board as well as match day partner, they will be running the Kids Zone for Superhero Saturday.
We are calling all kids (big and little) to attend as their favourite superhero, get a raffle ticket from the Information marquee to be in the draw to win a coaching clinic for their school class / junior team with our own superhero – Aaron Black.
Match day partner The Sunday Times will have a kids zone activation on the eastern bank that will be Marvel themed too.
