NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Monday 11th December 2023
Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the West Perth Football Club, on Monday the 11th of December 2023 at 7:00pm to transact the business as outlined in the Club's constitution.
ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
Nominations are now called for the following positions:
DIRECTORS –Four (4) required
Nominations for the above positions must be on the prescribed form and signed by a proposer and seconder who must be current financial members of the Club. Nomination forms are available from the Chief Executive Officer or can downloaded from our website with nominations closing at 5pm on Monday 16th October 2023.
The following retire in accordance with the West Perth Football Club Constitution and are eligible for re-election: All directors have indicated they will re nominate.

Please note that under the current loan agreement with the WAFC all nominees must be vetted and approved by the WAFC before going to an election.
