Vale Ross Mc Millan

Dear  Members

 

It is with great sadness that I report the passing of Ross McMillan at 6.30am this morning, Thursday 31st August, after being admitted to hospital a week ago. Ross was the ultimate dedicated worker and supporter of the West Perth Football Club which was to become a huge part of his life, and he attended the games even through ill health, right up to just prior to his passing at 84 years of age.

Ross was honoured with Life Membership, and amongst other duties during his time he was the West Perth Little League Coordinator for 31 years, seeing many of those youngsters go on to be great players and champions of our club, and he himself was a champion for the cause. A true son of the red and the blue, who will be very much missed.

Rest in peace Rosco.
