ROPS ENGINEERING TAKES OUT CORPORATE CLASSIC MAJOR PRIZE
Congratulations to Joe Dickinson of ROPS Engineering Australia who yesterday won the 2015 Corporate Classic major prize.
Drawn by last year’s winner Brent Howard of Major Motors at the Falcons Family Fun Day yesterday, ROPS Engineering is also our exclusive Coaches sponsor for seasons 2015 – 2016.
The major prize - consisting of ground signage, online and print advertising and corporate hospitality for the season – was valued at over $23 000. Pictured on stage with MC, Channel 9’s Michael Genovese, Joe told the 1000 strong crowd how proud he is to be aligned with the Falcons and is looking forward to a great year.
First time entrant Heath Dymock of Davey Central Real Estate was drawn as the first minor prize winner. On stage, Heath mentioned supporting the Falcons since childhood and is now pleased to be involved with the Club as a sponsor.
Former director and Life Member, Joe Scarfo of Scarfo’s Meating Place, took out the second minor prize. Joe generously donates his award winning produce for Club functions throughout the year.
Guests at the function were treated to a behind the scenes tour of the football department facilities, including gym and auditorium with League Coach, Bill Monaghan. Some guests have been supporting the Falcons for years but have never seen these facilities!
