WAFC | STRUCTURAL REVIEW OF FOOTBALL
The WA Football Commission has been conducting a once-in-a-generation review of WA football to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of WA football at all levels. The WAFC engaged external global strategy consultants, The Boston Consulting Group, to thoroughly assess the current effectiveness of WA football structures and make recommendations.
The WAFC has reviewed the BCG report and in conjunction with other research work undertaken by the WAFC, developed the Structural Review of Football Report - WAFC Structural Review of Football.
We believe this reform agenda paves the way for an exciting future for WA football and I look forward to engaging further with you to provide more details of this report so we can seek your feedback prior to finalising our final reform recommendations.
