COACHING VACANCY - RESERVES ASSISTANT COACH

The West Perth Football Club is currently seeking Assistant Coaches for the to work with the Falcons' Reserves team for the 2018 WAFL season.

As an Assistant Coach you will be responsible for developing senior listed players for the West Perth Football Club with the aim of supporting these players to achieve their potential and ready them for league football.

During the week you would be required to attend a minimum of one training session where you will assist in the planning and implementation of training drills, providing feedback to drive player improvement and communicating across the group on all training matters.

Once the season commences you will be required to attend all match days where you will be responsible for coaching a line and assisting the Development / Reserves Coach for the duration of the match. Post-match you will be involved in reviews and providing feedback to players to drive improvement.

The role offers a small honorarium payment and offers a great opportunity to be involved in an elite football program

Candidates will have the following:

• Colts and/or Senior level coaching experience and demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate training and game plans
• Level 1 coaching accreditation
• Demonstrated knowledge, involvement and understanding of talent development programs
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to develop high levels of team unity and inspire individual and team performance
