NOTICE OF SEASON 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of  the West Perth Football Club, will be held at Pentanet Stadium, Kennedya Drive, Joondalup, on Monday 9th December 2024 at 7:00pm to transact the business as outlined in the Club's constitution.

• To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM and any General Meeting that has been held since the previous AGM.

• To receive the Annual Report and the Report of the Board on the general business undertaken by the Club during the preceding year and the current general state of the Club.

• To receive the Financial Report of the Club and Auditor’s Report for the preceding Financial Year.

• To declare the result for the election or re-election of the Directors.

• To appoint or remove an Auditor or Auditors if required.

• To confirm by Special Resolution, Life Memberships as proposed by the Board and award Life Memberships.

ELECTION OF BOARD DIRECTORS

Nominations are now called for the following positions:

DIRECTORS – Five (5) required for two (2) year terms

Nominations for the above positions must be on the prescribed form and signed by a proposer and seconder who must be current financial members of the Club. Nomination forms are available from the Chief Executive Officer or can be downloaded from our website with nominations closing at 5pm on Monday 7^th  October 2024.

The following retire in accordance with the West Perth Football Club Constitution and are eligible for re-election:

•     Adam Myers  ( Will re nominate)
•     Larry Lopez   ( Will re nominate)
•    Tricia Medwin ( Will re nominate)

             The following will resign at the AGM and will not complete their two-year term, thereby making two more vacancies needing               to be filled.

•   Kate Vivian
