Megan Kauffman has overseen the WAFLW League High Performance program since our WAFLW inception leading into season 2022 and throughout the challenges and rigours of our entry into the competition – Our High Performance indicators and outcomes have remained consistent with significant improvements made year-on-year.
Kauffman, a highly-qualified and competent High Performance professional is well known to the world of football in Western Australia as a regular member of the Fremantle Dockers AFLW side – Showcasing her talents as an on-field professional. “MK’s approach to high performance is of the highest conduct. She has built a reputation within our staff in being astute, respected – the best she can be – Pushing those around her too, to be the best they can be.
We are privileged to continue to have access to the likes of MK’, who delivers the highest standards and works collaboratively with our extensive medical team, headed up by our long-serving Head of Medical, Brendan Aitkins.
