WEST Perth's reserves did a tremendous job to get back from a slow start to the 2013 season to qualify for the finals now take on East Perth in a derby first semi-final on Sunday morning.
WEST Perth has the chance to qualify for its first WAFL grand final since 2003 when the Falcons head to Claremont Oval to face Claremont in Sunday's second semi-final.
The Dominish Medallist will be announced on Thursday 26 September at the Stirling Adriatic Centre!
Other awards being presented include the Coach's Award, Jack Appleby Trophy, Life Members' Award, Rosa Townsend Memorial Award and Past Players' Award.

West Perth didn’t take the four points against Swan Districts on Saturday but they did enough to suggest that they are on track to take on Claremont in the second semi-final next Sunday. Although beaten by eighteen points they had more inside fifties and clearances to be in the contest all day. WEST Perth wasn’t able to win its final home and away game of 2013 against Swan Districts at Bassendean's Steel Blue Oval but all attention is already on this Sunday's second semi-final.
WE MADE five changes after the Perth game leading into East Fremantle, and four of those will play this week against Swan Districts. Luke Tedesco will be the only one who won't and I expect Chris Keunen, Andrew Strijk, Matt Guadagnin and Kris Shannon to all play.
